You can permanently delete your Lookonic account and the data we hold about you. This can't be undone.
Your account and everything linked to it: sign-in ID, email, credit ledger, looks and safety records

On your phone, the wardrobe, portraits and looks stay until you delete the app — delete from the account screen in the app instead and they are wiped too
The account screen in the Lookonic app deletes everything immediately, and it also wipes the wardrobe, portraits and looks held on your phone. Use this page if you can no longer reach the app.
The button below opens your mail app with the address, subject and the one line we need already filled in. Send it from the email address linked to your account if you can — we may ask you to confirm you own the account before we act, and writing from that address is the quickest way to settle it.
We act within 30 days. Deletion cannot be undone, and any unused credits are forfeited.
